It may be 80 degrees out, but you have probably noticed that retailers are already stocking fall and Halloween seasonal items. I’m not saying I agree with this, but if you have a consumer brand you should already be strategizing for the holidays.

The influencers in your space that you want to reach have got their publishing game on. They have a holiday gift guide submission policy in place and they start looking for products and services to feature in early fall. Many of these are paid opps so budget accordingly and be sure to do your due diligence and choose holiday gift guides that reach your target market.

Holiday social calendars fill up quickly

If you are planning a holiday open house or other event for bloggers, which is a great way to introduce new fans to your brand and create some buzz, be sure to start planning it now and distribute invites the first week of November.

Another opportunity for reaching your target audience via bloggers and influencers is through sponsored posts. Many bloggers offer special rates for sponsored posts and some feature Instagram only posts. Start researching now.
